How to return your purchase. I accept returns within 30 DAYS of purchase. The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Please send an email to email@example.com describing the reasons for returning the item(s) as well as the receipt/email confirmation received upon purchase.
Got the wrong order? If you receive the wrong orders or your item(s) are damaged, I will cover the return shipping charges and/or send you an exchange item(s).
**note: While I try to ensure that all shipments are securely and safely packed, I am not responsible if the package is damaged via the carrier during transit. However, if there are damages, please email me to discuss possible reimbursement.
When will your order be shipped? I ship orders on TUESDAYS. You will receive an email when your purchase is shipped along with a tracking number. Please place your orders by Sunday night to have your shipment delivered as quickly as possible.
When will you receive your package? For domestic orders, your package should arrive within 3-10 days, and for international orders, around 10-20 days.
What to expect? I ship items smaller than 8.5"x11.5" (~22cm x 30cm) chipboard envelopes. For larger items, the artwork is packed in mailing tubes. If you have a large order with multiple parts, please allow a couple of additional days for all the packages to arrive.
Delays? There may be occasional delays whether it is due to the weather or printing issues. There may be times when the print shop I work with run into unexpected problems. Please be patient with me, and I'll notify you via email for these delays.
Did you write the wrong address or change your address? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your updated address as soon as possible.
International shipping? For international orders, you may be charged duty fees/taxes/international custom charges. The customer is responsible for these additional fees.
